The design process begins when you meet with Margaret to discuss your ideas; working together
to decide on the look, the flavours, your wedding colours and the overall aesthetic of your perfect wedding cake.
She will listen to your ideas, make helpful suggestions and help you to create the cake of your dreams.
Your consultation includes the concept and design session; as well as the opportunity to
taste some of her incredible cakes,
Margaret will guide you through this delightful experience where every detail will then be decided upon.
Once the concept has been finalised, Margaret will devote somewhere between 20-40 hours working
exclusively on designing and making your wedding cake, paying her upmost attention to detail, resulting in utter perfection.
Your consultation is for two people and costs £40:00
(please add £10:00 per person, for up to a further two people maximum)
Our bespoke cakes for 2023 start from £800, for three tiers, in white or ivory icing.

At Rosehill Cake Studio, the way our cakes taste is just as important as the way they look. Everything we make is made using the highest quality products and using the finest locally sourced ingredients,
where this is possible.
We are happy to create bespoke flavours and are always excited to explore new flavour inspirations.
If you have any allergies or dietary requirements please let us know so we can make your perfect cake.
We use only 100% natural ingredients and get our distinct vanilla flavouring using a combination of
vanilla pods and our favourite Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste.
We use Van Houten Intense Black Cacao combined with classic After Eight Mints to create our
chocolate mint sponge, with Callebaut milk chocolate, Swiss meringue buttercream.
STICKY TOFFEE WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM
& SALTED CARAMEL
Medjul dates and dark muscovado sugar are blended to make our signature sticky toffee cake.
BLONDE FUDGE WITH CARAMEL FROSTING & FUDGE PIECES
Our delicious caramel frosting uses the finest Maldon sea salt flakes and Thornton's fudge pieces.
RASPBERRY RIPPLE WITH FRESH RASPBERRIES
& WHITE CHOCOLATE
Our classic sponge incorporates a swirl of fresh, crushed raspberries and a white chocolate Swiss
TOFFEE APPLE WITH CARAMEL FROSTING
& CRUNCHY CARAMEL BITES
With a light muscavado caramel frosting, this sponge has crisp fresh apple and crunchy hazelnut
brittle dotted throughout.
